Wylaia Mondy has extensive experience in early childhood education and community service, currently serving as Site Manager at Head Start of Greater Dallas since January 1999, where responsibilities include managing daily operations, supervising staff, overseeing the operational budget, and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements. From 2002 to present, Wylaia has also held roles as Head Start/ISD Liaison and Family Advocate at Project Still I Rise Inc. Additionally, Wylaia worked as a Community Liaison for ChildCareGroup from 1996 to 1998 and began a career in education as a Teacher. Wylaia has pursued education at Texas A&M University-Commerce and Midwestern State University.
