Tobias Elgström is currently serving as an Electrical Engineer at Head Energy Sweden AB since January 2024. Prior experience includes positions as a Battery Management Systems Engineer at Polestar from October 2021 to November 2023, and as a Consultant with Engineering Force Sweden AB from January 2021 to November 2023. Tobias held the role of Battery System Engineer at BatteryLoop from January 2021 to September 2021, and prior to that, worked as a High Voltage Battery System Engineer at Volvo Car Sverige from August 2016 to January 2021, specializing in high voltage systems and traction batteries. Additional roles include Analysis Engineer and Consultant positions at Condesign, and a Master’s Thesis focused on Power Electronics at Kongsberg Automotive. Educational qualifications comprise a Master of Science in Electric Power Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and another from Instituto Superior Técnico.
