Nathan Santiago has a diverse and extensive work experience. Nathan started their career in 2003 as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Technician in the United States Air Force, where they gained technical expertise and served in various roles. Nathan progressed to become a Technical Instructor, delivering lectures and hands-on training for advanced Aerospace Ground Equipment courses in the United Kingdom area of operation.

In 2015, they became an Organization Manager, leading a team responsible for maintaining Thunderbird F-16 aircraft and facilitating drill and ceremony preparation for airshows nationwide. During this time, they also managed the Aerospace Ground Equipment program.

In 2017, Nathan took on roles as an Organizational Director and Program Manager, overseeing aviation support equipment assets in support of Operation Inherent Resolve and NATO mission demands. Nathan also served as a Senior Production Manager, directing maintenance priorities for the US Air Force's F16 & F35 aircraft fleets.

In 2019, they served as the Director of F-35 Aircraft Aerospace Ground Equipment operations, where they established priorities, enforced policy, and delegated tasks for the maintenance of F-35 aircraft valued at $7.2 billion.

In 2023, Nathan worked as a Senior Facilities Project Manager at KBR, Inc. before joining HDT Global as the Director of Business Development.

Throughout their career, Nathan has demonstrated strong leadership, program management, and mentorship skills, and has worked with extensive aircraft fleets and valuable assets.

Nathan Santiago earned their Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Military and Strategic Leadership from the Community College of the Air Force in 2003. Nathan then pursued a degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, General and obtained an Associate of Science degree from the same institution from 2007 to 2009. In 2018, Nathan attended the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology to study Military and Strategic Leadership. Currently, they are enrolled at Colorado Christian University where they are expected to graduate in 2023 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
