Mark Samse serves as the Vice President and Project Principal at HDR, following a tenure as Director of Site Planning at the same firm from January 2000 to January 2008. Mark earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Michigan State University between 1975 and 1980 and graduated from Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School in Scotch Plains, NJ.
