Bill Mayer has extensive work experience in various executive financial roles. Bill began their career as a CFO in Preferred Technical Services from 1999 to 2000. Bill then served as the CFO and Treasurer of Imedion, a venture capital-backed wireless software company, from 2000 to 2002. Afterward, they became the VP and Treasurer of NDCHealth, Inc., a public health care technology company, from 2002 to 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they held the position of President and COO at Blue Magnet Capital, LLC, a venture capital investment and consulting company. Bill then joined Primedia, a public media company, as the Vice President and Treasurer from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, they worked at TechCXO as a Partner from February to August, and concurrently served as the CFO/COO of Oversight Systems from August 2012 to August 2016. In 2017, they joined Health Information Designs as the Interim CFO from January to July, and later served as the CFO at TechCXO from January 2017 to December 2020. In 2018, they became the CFO at HDI Solutions LLC.

Bill Mayer completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Bill pursued further education at the University of Kansas - Graduate School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance. Bill completed their MBA degree within the years 1985 to 1986.
