Narayan Durgesh Pandey, FRM, is an experienced data science professional currently serving as the Assistant Vice President and Data Science Team Lead at HDFC Bank since July 2023. Previously, Narayan held multiple roles at HDFC Limited, including Manager and Deputy Manager in Data Science, where responsibilities included the development of predictive models for customer acquisition, retention, and risk analytics. Prior experience includes a role as Statistician and Assistant Manager in Data Analytics at State Bank of India and as a Senior Process Associate at Tata Consultancy Services, specializing in statistical programming for clinical research studies. Narayan holds a Master’s Degree in Statistics from Banaras Hindu University and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Lucknow.
