The Thai Dam is a seasoned banking executive currently serving as Deputy Chief Executive Officer at HD Saison Finance, a joint venture between HDBank and Japan-based Credit Saison, since April 2015. Prior to this role, The Thai Dam held the position of Deputy CEO at HDBank from August 2010 to September 2014 and served as Country Head of Consumer Banking at ABBANK from January 2007 to August 2010. The Thai Dam holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Solvay Business School, obtained between 2007 and 2009.
