Rick Hanson started their work experience in 1976 as a General Manager at Famous Barr. Rick then worked at Bass Pro Shops as a Regional Director of Stores from 1987 to 2004. After that, they joined Namco Pool and Patio as a Sr Vice President from 2004 to 2006. Currently, they are working as a Division Vice President at HDA Inc since 2007.

Rick Hanson attended Monmouth College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. No dates were provided for their education.
