Nicole White has extensive experience in recruitment, currently serving as an Account Manager at HCRG since September 2018, specializing in the recruitment of temporary Doctors and Dentists for the Ministry of Defence in the UK and overseas. Previously, as a Recruitment Consultant at Resourcing Group, Nicole focused on Architecture and interim roles, while also working as a Resource Consultant at Butler Rose, recruiting for finance and transformation professionals. Earlier roles include Programme Administrator at TAPFIN-ManpowerGroup Solutions, where responsibilities included managing candidate offers and onboarding processes, and Recruitment Administrator at CRG. Nicole began the journey in recruitment as an Apprentice Resourcer and holds educational qualifications from Barton Peveril College and Quilley School of Engineering.
