Valerie Rinkle is an experienced regulatory specialist and healthcare consultant with a robust background in revenue cycle management and healthcare financial performance. Currently serving as a Regulatory Specialist at HCPro since November 2015, Valerie analyzes Medicare regulatory changes and develops educational materials and webinars. As President of Valorize Consulting LLC, Valerie focuses on enhancing providers’ financial performance in healthcare. Previous roles include Associate Director at Navigant, Interim Revenue Cycle Director at Bay Area Hospital, and Vice President of Revenue Integrity Informatics at HRAA, where the focus was on revenue integrity and the transition to ICD-10. Valerie's career also includes significant contributions at Asante Health System and the University of San Francisco, alongside early experience at the Health Care Financing Administration. Valerie holds a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
