Jon Sherman is an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager at HCPro, Inc. since June 2013, Jon has also held positions such as Enrollment Director at StudyPoint from November 2011 to June 2013 and multiple roles at HCPro, Inc. from 2009 to 2011, including Order Processing and Payment Manager and Customer Service Project Manager. Earlier in Jon's career, from 2006 to 2008, Jon worked as a Broadcast Events Producer and Webcast Producer at HealthLeaders Media, and previously at HCPro Inc. also as a Broadcast Events Producer from 1998 to 2008.
