Stefan T. has a diverse work experience in the IT and legal fields. Stefan started their career as an intern at CMS Cameron McKenna in 2012. Later, they worked as a lawyer at Frank Bold from August 2012 to October 2014. In 2015, they joined SOLIDEX as the Head of Legal Department for the IT sector, where they worked until September 2017. Stefan then moved to nazwa.pl and served as the Head Of Legal Department, IT from November 2017 to July 2018. In 2018, they joined HCM Deck as the Head of Department - IT Contract Manager, and later in 2019, they joined Shell as the Supply Chain Lead, IT Software.

Stefan T. holds a Master's degree in Law from Jagiellonian University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2011. In 2013, they completed an apprenticeship program in the field of Law at the Warsaw Bar Association, earning the title of Attorney at Law. Stefan further pursued their apprenticeship program at the Cracow Bar Association starting in 2016, with no specified end year. In terms of additional certifications, Stefan obtained several from LinkedIn, including "Building High-Performance Teams" and "Hiring and Developing Your Future Workforce" in December 2019, as well as "Multipliers: How the Best Leaders Make Everyone Smarter (Blinkist Summary)" in the same month and year.
