Tom Bourgeois has over eight years of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager for Network and Collaboration Systems at HCL Infosystems Ltd. since September 2015. Prior to this role, Tom worked as a Network Engineer at Kent State University from March 2014 to September 2015. Tom's educational background includes studies at Owens Community College during two separate periods from 1987 to 1991, as well as a tenure at The University of Toledo from 1975 to 1989.
