Richard Pratt is the CEO of HCI since July 2003. Prior to this, Richard was the President and Owner of Electric Motor Systems, Inc. from 1981 to 2000, where Richard built the company from almost zero to $35M over 19 years. Richard obtained a BS in Economics from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business in 1978.
