Bill O'Neill is an experienced sales professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at HCG Associates since July 2023, Bill is responsible for providing consulting services to a wide range of businesses. Previously, as Executive Director of Sales at Bedrock Automation, Bill built the sales organization from the ground up while navigating the competitive controls automation and cybersecurity market. At Sensata Technologies, Bill held the position of Sales Director for the Americas Industrial Business, focusing on growth and strategic account management. Bill was also the Global Director of Business Development at Buehler, where successful sales channel infrastructure was established across several regions. Earlier in their career, Bill demonstrated success as Director of Sales for the Wilson Instruments Business Unit at Instron, notably restructuring sales strategies to achieve significant growth. Bill holds a degree in Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and attended the MIT Sloan School of Management.
