Anand Banerjee has extensive work experience in technology and digital roles. Anand currently serves as the Program Director & Community Lead for Enterprise Digital at HCF Australia, where they are responsible for online, mobile app, and Salesforce development. Prior to this, they worked as the Development Manager and Technology Lead at HCF Australia, focusing on digital solutions. Anand also has experience as a Principal Architect at DT, where they led Java and Adobe Experience Manager projects for clients such as Tourism Australia and HESTA Superfund. Anand previously held positions as a Senior Solution Architect at HCL Technologies and a Principal Consultant at MindTree. Anand began their career as a Senior Project Manager at HCL Technologies and worked as a Systems Engineer at Polaris Software Lab.

Anand Banerjee completed a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence for Leaders at The University of Texas at Austin in 2023. In 2014-2015, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Cloud Computing from FitzWilliam Group of Institute. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1999, they studied at Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultanpur, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science. Anand's earliest education history is from their attendance at Bengali Tola Inter College in Varanasi from 1986 to 1994. Anand has additional certifications in various fields, including TOGAF® 9 Certified, Salesforce Essential Training, Coach Global | Coaching Australia "Coaching as a Leadership Style" Programme, PROSCI Certified Change Management Professional, Adobe Certified Expert - AEM6 Architect Exam, Enterprise Content Management Specialist, and Project Management Professional (PMP).
