Sue Dyer is a legal professional with extensive experience in healthcare law, currently serving as Senior Operations Counsel at HCA Healthcare since June 2001, providing operational and regulatory legal advice to acute care facilities in Middle Tennessee. Previously, Sue worked as Senior Litigation Counsel, advising over 50 facilities on commercial litigation and collaborating with outside counsel. Prior experience includes serving as a Health Care Associate at Bass, Berry & Sims, where Sue represented healthcare providers on regulatory and operational issues, and a Registered Nurse at the University of Kentucky Medical Center, focusing on care for complex neuro-surgical patients. Sue holds a JD from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and a BSN from the University of Kentucky College of Nursing.
