Kathi Whalen is a seasoned professional in ethics and compliance, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at HCA Healthcare. With a progressive career at HCA, Kathi has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Ethics and Compliance, Assistant Vice President for Ethics and Compliance Program Development, and Director of Ethics and Compliance. Prior to joining HCA, Kathi served as Associate Counsel to the President at The White House. Kathi holds a Juris Doctor degree from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from The College of Wooster.
