Amy Beehner Roland is a Senior Counsel at HCA Healthcare, where Amy oversees legal compliance for emerging technologies, navigating complex privacy, security, and healthcare regulations since January 2017. Prior to this role, Amy was an Attorney at McGrath North Mullin & Kratz from June 2014 to January 2017, assisting clients in maximizing and protecting intellectual property and sensitive data. From August 2000 to May 2014, Amy practiced as an Attorney at Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis, focusing on structuring and negotiating information technology licensing and outsourcing transactions, along with managing intellectual property assets. Amy holds a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Marquette University.
