Christian Nasam, CRSP, currently serves as Associate Director at HC Global Fund Services, LLC, where responsibilities include designing and improving recruitment strategies, developing job descriptions, sourcing applicants, and overseeing the onboarding process. Previously, Christian held the position of HR Senior at Punongbayan & Araullo, focusing on establishing recruitment requirements, building applicant sources, and evaluating candidates. Earlier experience includes working as a Recruiter at Concentrix, managing end-to-end recruitment for customer service and sales roles, and as a Phone Screener at SL Temps, Inc., facilitating the initial stages of recruitment. Christian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from De La Salle University.
