Joy Sheley has a diverse professional background with significant experience in sales and customer service. Currently, Joy serves as a Warranty Administrator at Electro Freeze / HC Duke and Son, LLC, starting in June 2021. Prior to this role, Joy was employed as an Inside Sales Coordinator at HC Duke & Son from May 2018 to April 2022, and as a Food Server at Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano from April 2011 to April 2022. Additional experience includes working as a Sales Associate at maurices from October 2014 to February 2017. Joy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in International Politics and History from St. Ambrose University (2010-2013) and an Associate of Arts from Black Hawk College (2007-2010).
