Sandra Maio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the legal and investment sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director of Investments and Legal Counsel at HBNG Holborn Group since May 2012, Sandra has demonstrated expertise in managing complex investments and providing legal guidance. Prior to this role, Sandra worked as an Associate at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP, specializing in securities from September 2011 to April 2012. Sandra also gained valuable experience as a Summer Finance Analyst at CIBC in 2008. Sandra holds a JD/MBA from York University's Osgoode Hall Law School and Schulich School of Business (2006-2010) and an HBA from Ivey Business School at Western University (2004-2006).
