Kathryn Gulifa is an established leader in data and analytics, currently serving as GM Data and Analytics at HBF Health since August 2023. With significant experience, Kathryn has held key positions such as Head of Data and Analytics at Catch and Chief Data & Analytics Officer at WorkSafe Victoria. Kathryn has been actively involved with the IAPA, judging the inaugural Top 25 Analytics Leaders program since 2018, recognizing top analytics talents in Australia. Previous roles include Head of Customer Analytics Innovation at National Australia Bank and Senior Manager positions at both Tabcorp and ANZ, with responsibilities spanning marketing analytics and team leadership. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Finance from La Trobe University and a Bachelor of Science and Engineering from the University of Melbourne.
