Marcus Perry has had a long and successful career in the finance and business development industries. Marcus began in 2000 as a Broker/Recruiter for Olm Financial Group, where they originated mortgage applications and developed referral sources. In 2003, they moved on to JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Senior Loan Officer, where they solicited and originated mortgage loans for new and current home purchases and refinancings. In 2007, they became a Chase Title Rep for a Title Agent, where they sold title insurance to major banks and worked with multiple townships and courts to obtain tax liens and judgments. In 2008, they returned to JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Sr. Short Sales Negotiator. In 2010, they became a Commercial Account Manager for Bank of America Practice Solutions, where they specialized in health care practice loans. In 2015, Marcus co-founded Roc It Fit, a fitness apparel company. Finally, in 2020, they became Vice President of Business Development for HBCU Connect, the world's largest organization of Theirtorically Black College & University alumni.
Marcus Perry obtained an Associate's degree in Communications from Columbus State Community College.
