Robert Stewart is an experienced voice engineer with a strong background in telecommunication systems. Currently serving as a Sr Voice Engineer at HBCS since February 2020, Robert previously worked at Barclays Corporate Banking from January 2014 to 2019, where responsibilities included managing voice systems and contact center analysis. Prior positions include a role as a Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration Support Engineer at BT Global Services from August 2008 to October 2013 and as a Senior Systems Voice Analyst at Ciba from March 1988 to August 2008, focusing on IT voice infrastructure and call center applications. Robert holds a Master Divinity degree from Cairn University and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from Delaware State University.
