Kolbi Paolini is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at HBCS since March 2022, Kolbi has previously held similar positions at Eclipse Advantage from January 2019 to March 2022 and has progressed through roles such as Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Coordinator. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Benefits Administrator at OTS Holdings from September 2015 to December 2018, as well as a Conference and Events Assistant at Rowan University during the summer of 2014. Kolbi holds a Bachelor¡¯s Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Rowan University, which was completed from 2013 to 2015.
