Previously, Tavvalu held various roles, including Senior Technical Consultant at Hudson's Bay Company, where responsibilities included migrating HR applications to Oracle HCM cloud, and roles at Scotiabank, focusing on data integration and system development. With a foundational career at GE and GE Capital, Tavvalu's expertise spans a wide array of technologies including Informatica and Business Objects.
