Alison Green is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial accounting and reporting. Currently serving as Vice President of Financial Accounting and Reporting at Hudson's Bay Company since August 2015, Alison oversees all aspects of external reporting, including quarterly and annual financial statements and MD&A, while providing expertise on technical accounting issues. Previously, Alison held roles such as Director of Financial Reporting at Granite REIT Inc. and Director of Financial Accounting at Valeant Pharmaceuticals International Inc., where responsibilities included financial consolidation and reporting. Alison's career began at Biovail Corporation, progressing from Finance Manager in the Contract Research Division to various leadership positions within the company's financial accounting team. Alison holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Alberta.
