Jaylen Dinard has accumulated a diverse range of work experience in the accounting and finance field. In 2016, they began their career as an Accounting Tutor at Hiram College, where they assisted students with their accounting studies. Following this, Jaylen worked as a Finance Intern at ConnectWise, contributing to financial projects and gaining insight into financial operations. In 2017, they joined Raymond James as an Associate Accountant in the Tax Credit Funds department and later transitioned to the role of Staff Accountant. During their time at Raymond James, Jaylen played a crucial role in tax credit fund accounting. In 2021, they joined Fanatics, Inc. as a Senior Accountant, where they excelled in financial analysis and reporting. Currently, Jaylen holds the position of Senior Accountant at The HBAR Foundation, which they joined in 2022.

Jaylen Dinard completed a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Hiram College, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Jaylen then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Accounting at Ohio Northern University, studying from 2016 to 2017.
