Dominic Staniscia is a seasoned finance professional with extensive leadership experience in investment finance and operations. Currently serving as Managing Partner of Finance & Operations at Hazelview Investments, Dominic oversees investment finance, internal controls, and reporting for various funds and development projects. Previously, Dominic held senior roles at the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario, where responsibilities included managing accounting and operations for a $70 billion asset portfolio, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, overseeing a $30 billion investment portfolio. Dominic has also contributed to TELUS Communications and Public Mobile, focusing on financial operations and reporting during critical integrations. Early in the career, Dominic held positions at Abria Alternative Investments, Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, and Deloitte, developing a strong foundation in financial management and operational due diligence. Dominic holds a CPA, CA designation, a CFA designation, and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Schulich School of Business at York University.
