Nishaat Rajabali has a diverse range of experience in the technology industry. Nishaat is currently working as a Senior Release Engineer at Hazelcast, where they started in May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at 1E as the Manager of DevOps, Build, and Release from February 2022 to January 2023. From August 2020 to January 2022, Nishaat was the Manager of Productivity Tools (CI/CD & Atlassian) at StoneX.

Before joining StoneX, Nishaat worked at GAIN Capital, where they held two roles. From May 2019 to August 2020, they were the Manager of Productivity Tools (CI/CD & Atlassian). Nishaat also served as the Build and Configuration Manager from July 2018 to May 2019.

Prior to working at GAIN Capital, Nishaat was a Build and Release Engineer at Barclays Capital from June 2015 to January 2018. Nishaat has also held Build Engineer positions at Microsoft Game Studios - Rare Ltd from August 2014 to April 2015, Microsoft Game Studios - Lionhead from August 2013 to July 2014, and Jagex from July 2012 to June 2013.

Nishaat's early career includes a role as Principal Engineer at Anritsu, where they worked from March 2010 to July 2012. Nishaat brings a wealth of experience in build and release engineering as well as management of productivity tools in the technology industry.

Nishaat Rajabali attended the University of Hertfordshire from 1993 to 1996. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree with a focus on electronics.
