Adisa Hadzic has worked in a variety of roles in the research and development field since 2015. In 2015 and 2016, they served as a Research Assistant at Northwestern University. In 2019, they worked as an Innovation Intern in R&D at Griffith Foods and a Research Assistant at the University of Illinois Chicago. In 2020, they were a Chemical Plant R&D Laboratory Technician at BASF. Currently, they are a Research and Development Engineer and Quality Control Technician at Hazel Technologies, Inc.

Adisa Hadzic is currently a student at the University of Illinois Chicago, studying Chemical Engineering. Adisa has also obtained certifications in Chemical Reactivity Hazards, Inherently Safer Design, and Safety in Chemical Process Industries from the American Institute of Chemical Engineers in December 2019.
