Tim Hayes is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in baking, event planning, and culinary instruction. As the owner of How Sweet It Is by Tim Hayes since May 2013, Tim specializes in creating specialty and novelty desserts for various events. In addition, Tim has served as a Culinary Instructor at Haywood since August 2018, developing curricula that cover essential culinary arts fundamentals and restaurant management. Tim's expertise in event planning is demonstrated through the role of Lead Planner at Eventful by Tim, ensuring tailored and budget-friendly events. Previous experience includes being the Pastry Chef and General Manager at H.R.H Dumplins of Jackson, where Tim led staff training and achieved top inspection scores. Tim's culinary education was completed at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Orlando, where Tim earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Baking and Pastry Arts.
