Jake Fragnoli is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience at Hayward Tyler, where roles have included Lead Unit Design Engineer, Senior Design Engineer, and several positions focused on aftermarket mechanical design and support since July 2017. Prior involvement with ASME as Vice Chair of the UVM ASME Student Chapter from September 2015 to May 2017 highlighted skills in collaboration, event organization, and leadership within a large student group. Jake began their career in engineering as a Service Value Stream Intern at Hayward Tyler in 2016, gaining insight into Lean manufacturing and the operation of mechanical equipment. A graduate of the University of Vermont, Jake holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering earned in 2017.
