Nir Heimann has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to the present. Nir began their career at NICE Systems as a Software Engineer, where they worked on different teams within the Enterprise group. Initially, they served as a unit tester, responsible for testing large-scale systems and managing the team's lab. Later, they transitioned into a software engineer role, where they developed a sound card driver for Windows.

In 2012, Nir co-founded Haystack Australia, where they held the position of Co-Founder and CTO. In this role, they were responsible for taking the business from an idea to a fully operational state. Nir demonstrated their leadership and technical skills, managing various stakeholders such as investors, employees, clients, suppliers, and contractors. As the CTO, they were accountable for delivering and supporting a scalable and state-of-the-art platform for the entire organization.

Nir Heimann completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2006 to 2009.
