Lucy Palmer has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lucy started their career as an Events Organiser at Global Shows from January 2005 to December 2006. Lucy then worked as a Recruitment Consultant at b3 recruitment ltd from January 2007 to March 2009. After that, they joined Hays as a Senior Manager - Permanent Senior Finance from April 2009 to February 2013. Lucy gradually grew in the company and held positions such as Business Director, Client Engagement Director, and Head of Client Engagement. Lucy also served as the Head of Client Engagement in the UK&I region from January 2019 to June 2023. Subsequently, they became the Head of Sales, Solutions & Bids, ANZ, and then the Head of Client Services, ANZ at Hays, where they continue to lead their client services and strategic account management functions. Overall, Lucy Palmer has shown a consistent commitment to client engagement and sales throughout their career.
