Lisa Thomas has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the recruitment industry. Lisa started their career as an Assistant Temporaries Consultant at Adecco UK in 1999. Lisa then worked as a Deputy Resource Delivery Manager at Computer People from 2000 to 2004. Lisa then joined Extra Personnel as a Recruitment Consultant in the Industrial Division in 2004. Lisa moved to Oakland House Recruitment in 2005, where they worked as a Recruitment Consultant, managing key accounts such as Vodafone and Stoke on Trent City Council. In 2006, Lisa joined REED as a Senior Account Manager and later became the Regional Account Manager/Business Partner for Babcock. Lisa joined Hays Talent Solutions in 2013 as a Client Manager, where they managed the operational service delivery and relationships for public sector MSP accounts. Lisa then joined REED again in 2016 as a Senior Account Manager before returning to Hays in 2017 as an Associate Director. Lisa has since held positions as the Director of Client Operations and the Client Services Director - Public Services Sector Lead, where they are responsible for a UK-wide public services portfolio within Enterprise Solutions. Lisa is also a leader of the Wellbeing Ambassador team for their division and a member of the People Board at Hays.

Lisa Thomas has a Diploma in NLP from NLP Training Excellence. Lisa also holds a Diploma in Performance Coaching (for business) through distance learning from Newcastle College. In addition, Lisa has obtained several certifications, including Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in 2020, Veterinary Nursing Advanced (Level 4) with Higher Distinction from Oplex Careers in 2019, Certificate Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) from Staffing Industry Analysts in 2019, Mental Health Aware from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in 2018, and Security Clearance in May 2018. Lisa also has a NLP Diploma from 2010, a Certificate in Occupational Testing, Level A from 2007, and a Certificate in Life Coaching from 2005.
