James Cousins is a Senior Researcher at Hays since July 2023, bringing extensive experience in diverse sectors. Previous roles include Senior Research Consultant at Henley Reward Consulting, where James worked on executive remuneration strategies across multiple industries, and Research Partner at Veredus, focusing on talent sourcing and market insights in various sectors. James has also volunteered with the International Voluntary Service, assisting in the social inclusion of refugees in Athens, and has held positions in retail and education early in the career. James holds an MA in Social Research from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Goldsmiths, University of London, complemented by studies at the University of Copenhagen.
