Sarah Arulanandam is an experienced professional in projects and change management within the field of People & Culture. Currently serving as the Projects & Change Manager at Hays since September 2020, Sarah has previously held roles including Projects & Change Lead for Asia and Operations Lead. Prior experience includes a role as Strategy & Consulting Analyst at Accenture from September 2018 to September 2020, and as an Innovation Consultant at Human INC, where Sarah redesigned the recruitment process using Design Thinking. Earlier in their career, Sarah completed a full-time placement at NHS as a Neuropsychology Placement Student, gaining hands-on experience in a multidisciplinary team setting. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with Professional Placement from Cardiff University, completed in 2017.
