Steven Avant has over a decade of experience in IT support and project management, currently serving as IT Help Desk Lead at Haynes Furniture Company since November 2011. In this role, Steven manages store and warehouse setups and teardowns, analyzes systems for quality assurance, and administers user accounts and phone systems, including Rolm, Avaya IP Office, and Mitel. Prior experience includes providing tech support at Liberty Tax Service, where responsibilities included franchise support, network configuration, and customer service. Steven holds a degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design from Strayer University, and pursued further education at ECPI University from 2019 to 2020.
