Phillip Miles serves as the Multi Store Loss Prevention and Safety Manager at Haynes Furniture Company, a position held since April 2019, where oversight includes Loss Prevention and Safety Operations for over 2,000 employees across eight locations in Virginia, managing a total asset value of $100 million.
