Kathleen Murty is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in client service and account management. Currently serving as a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Haylor, Freyer & Coon, Inc. since January 2019, Kathleen is responsible for client service activities, technical advice, and supports marketing and sales efforts. Previously, Kathleen held the position of WC Account Manager at The Flanders Group from June 2011 to January 2019, where responsibilities included client marketing and relationship management. Prior roles include serving as a Supervising Service Representative at USI Insurance Services from March 2009 to January 2011 and at Liberty Mutual Insurance from May 1996 to March 2009, focusing on insurance program design and client account management.
