Uditha Palliyaguru currently serves as the Head of Supply Chain at Hayleys Agriculture Holdings Limited, a key player in Sri Lanka’s agricultural sector, since June 2023. Prior to this role, Uditha held several management positions at Nestlé Lanka, including Manager of Shipping and Logistics, where leadership was provided to enhance shipping processes and streamline logistics operations, and Purchasing Manager, overseeing Capex and service teams to ensure timely project delivery. Uditha also served as Purchase Manager for Nestlé India Ltd, focusing on capital expenditure procurement for the South Asia Regional Hub. With a profound background in procurement and supply chain management, Uditha's experience at Nestlé Lanka includes significant roles such as Senior Buyer - Business Process Specialist and Team Leader for SAP implementation. Uditha holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Sikkim Manipal University and an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK.
