Nadeera Nonis started their work experience in 2018 as a Trainee Marketing Executive at Citizens Development Business Finance PLC. Nadeera then worked as a Customer Relations Officer at the same company from May 2019 to November 2019. Nadeera later joined Hayleys Advantis Limited in November 2019 as a Business Support Executive and was later promoted to the role of Sales Marketing Executive in August 2022.

Nadeera Nonis completed a Diploma in Strategic Brand Management from Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing-SLIM in 2021. Prior to that, Nadeera attended Carey College - Colombo 08 from 2005 to 2018, where the field of study was Business/Commerce, General. No specific degree was mentioned for the latter educational experience.
