Indika Fernando has work experience in two companies. Indika started their career at Brandix in 2013 as a Warehouse Supervisor and worked until November 2016. In 2016, they joined Hayleys Advantis Limited and held the position of Junior Executive from November 2016 to June 2022. Indika then moved on to become an Operation Executive in April 2019, and they are currently in this role.

From 2019 to 2021, Indika Fernando attended the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM - Sri Lanka). During this time, they pursued a Higher National Diploma in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
