Rob Flude currently serves as Category Manager for Tools & Industrial Consumables at Hayley Group Limited since February 2023. With extensive experience at Cromwell Tools Limited, a division of W.W. Grainger Inc., Rob has held various key roles, including Group Director-Supply Contracts and Group Contracts Director, where responsibilities included overseeing all National Contracts and leading a team to align solutions with strategic goals. Additional roles at Cromwell included National Accounts - Operations Director and Products Manager. Rob's career began at Frederick Parker Limited, and foundational education was completed at Linwood Boys Secondary Modern and Gateway Grammar School.
