Aaron Gayheart has an extensive work history, with experience in various roles and positions in the manufacturing industry. Aaron is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Haydon Corporation since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the positions of Executive Vice President of Business Operations & Manufacturing, Senior Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Operations at Majestic Steel USA from May 2019 to March 2023. Before joining Majestic Steel USA, they worked at Dura-Line as the Director of Manufacturing / Multi-Site Manufacturing Leader from August 2018 to May 2019, and as the Plant Manager from July 2015 to August 2018. Aaron also served as the General Manager at Buyers Products from January 2012 to June 2015. Aaron's earlier work experience includes several roles at Shiloh Industries, where they were the Multi-site Plant Operations Manager from August 2009 to January 2012, WMD Continuous Improvement Manager from August 2007 to August 2009, Corporate Six Sigma Program Manager / CMD Operations Manager from August 2006 to August 2007, MBI Continuous Improvement Manager / Production Supervisor from July 2001 to August 2006, and Senior Die Setter / Press Operator from March 1997 to June 2001.

Aaron Gayheart attended the Lorain County Joint Vocational School District from 1990 to 1992, where they earned a Certificate of Completion / Diploma in Engineering.
