Anthony Baker is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience in both military and civilian roles. Currently serving as the Director of Leadership Development at Hayden Beverage since January 2022, Baker also operates as an Independent Consultant for APB Consulting, where multiple 12-week leadership training and team building programs were developed for a local company. Previously, as Senior Executive Director at Special Operations Command Europe, Baker oversaw more than 2600 personnel and managed a $42M budget. In prior roles, including Senior Director for the Joint Acquisition Task Force and Program Manager at USSOCOM, Baker led diverse teams, managed substantial budgets, and developed innovative projects, such as a next-generation combat suit prototype. Education includes a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy and a Master's degree in International Relations and National Security Studies from the U.S. Naval War College.
