Perla Munoz has extensive experience in management within the food production and packaging industry. Currently serving as Performance Manager at Delmonte Fresh Produce since February 2021, Perla previously held the position of Packaging Manager at Izzios Artisan Bakery from September 2015 to October 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing packaging staff, payroll, inventory, and employee development. Prior to Izzios, Perla was a Production Manager at Udi's Healthy Foods, managing a facility with 140 employees from October 2009 to September 2015, and served as QA Manager at both Steven Roberts Original Desserts and Mountain City Meats during earlier career phases. Perla's educational background includes studies at the Community College of Aurora and Concorde Career College-Aurora, where a degree as a Certified Nursing Assistant was obtained.
