Jessica Barefoot is a regional vice president at Hawthorne Residential Partners. Jessica has been in this role since December 2012.

Previously, Jessica was a community manager at Laramar Group from February 2005 to December 2012. In this role, they were responsible for the day-to-day operations of an apartment community. This included supervising staff, handling customer service issues, and overseeing maintenance and repair projects.
